I accept the following insurance plans: Anthem, Aetna, Cigna, Beacon (Kaiser), MHN, Blue Cross, Magellan, Blue Shield, Medi-Cal through Anthem, HealthNet, United, Oscar, Presbyterian, Medicare.
I will also help you file sessions with your own insurance company if you have a different plan. Sliding scale available.
